The person behind the work

The work is the résumé. This is me.

Trust is the thread that runs through everything I build — and it's easier to trust someone you actually know. So here's the fuller picture: my family, how I'm wired, and the people I've built with along the way.

Beyond work

Who I am when I'm not building.

When I'm not building growth strategies, you'll usually find me at a ballfield. I'm a proud baseball mom and team mom for our son's Unleashed 11U AAA team — Joey coaches, and I run dugout logistics and, unofficially, direct the drippiest swag bags in the league. Turns out ecosystem-building works on eleven-year-olds and their parents too. Our goldendoodle, Astro, tags along for most of the adventure. I recharge through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound baths, and I chase the road less traveled every chance I get, from canyon trails to whitewater rapids.

I'm also endlessly curious and a forever student — I feed a limitless appetite to learn through documentaries, podcasts, and creative projects (and, full disclosure, a well-earned Bravo habit). New idea, new place, or new rabbit hole, I love following curiosity wherever it leads.

How I'm wired

The operating system underneath.

A few assessments that capture how I think, what energizes me, and how I show up on a team. Two in so far — and they point to the same person: purpose-driven, people-first, and steady under pressure. More landing here as I complete them.

My #1 character strength is Spirituality — a deep sense of purpose and meaning that shapes how I work. I'm drawn to work that matters and lead from why, not just what.
