Community & Ecosystem-Led Growth · Partnerships & Alliances · Business Development & Go-to-Market

Relationships are the strategy. Revenue is the result.

Growth leader with 20+ years turning relationships into revenue. I've worked every side of the sale (direct selling, partnerships, and customer success), so I see the whole board. I gather the market signals and intelligence, map the terrain, and connect the dots other people miss. Multithreaded by nature and a natural multiplier, my high EQ lets me read a room, build trust, and turn strategy into pipeline, partnerships, and growth, fast. I'm an intrapreneur: a builder's mindset inside mature, stable organizations, launching new markets and elevating existing programs without the strategy theater.

1 + 1 = 11. I think in leverage and sequence. I see the connections other people miss and how they multiply: the partner that unlocks the next, the deal that becomes a repeatable model. Value keeps compounding.

What people say

Trusted by the people who've worked with me.

It's hard to put into words just how instrumental Laura has been in growing the SAP + Paradox partnership. Out of ~400 HXM partners on the SAP store, she developed an incredible reputation for going above and beyond to create synergy between our two organizations and grow our footprint together.

What I'm looking for

Senior roles where I multiply value and drive revenue.

I'm open to senior partnership, business development, corporate strategy, and go-to-market roles where I can take one thing plus another and make it eleven: multiplying value, driving revenue, and unlocking new kinds of customer wins, all with a product I believe in. Three lanes fit best:

Lane · Partnerships

Partnerships & Ecosystem Leadership

Partner-, product-, and ecosystem-led growth, from a focused partner-development mandate to owning top-level partner strategy. I ground every bet in market intelligence and competitive insight, then architect the ecosystem that turns it into durable, partner-sourced revenue.

Executive presence: credible with C-suites on both sides of a partnership.

GTM, Corporate Strategy & Business Development

Senior business development, corporate strategy, and go-to-market roles where I operate as an intrapreneur, turning strategy into motion: leading strategic initiatives end to end, unlocking sales enablement and acceleration pathways, and building the route into new markets and new products.

Executive presence: the executive voice that turns strategy into org-wide action.

Lane · Relationships

Strategic Sales & Executive Relationships

A quota-carrying seat where relationships are the strategy: winning net-new business and expanding existing accounts by becoming the executive's trusted advisor and turning that trust into revenue. Same-side selling for a product I believe in.

Executive presence: the person the C-suite wants in the room.

How I lead

Relationship-first. Ecosystem-led. Built to convert.

Relationships open every door, and the right room is built on purpose. I use market signals, business intelligence, and strategy to find the community that matters and the way in, then build deliberately toward revenue.

The differentiator

Intelligence-led community

I don't build on instinct alone. I use market signals, business intelligence, and strategy to find who the community is and the right way in, then build the room deliberately around it.

Trust that converts

I build community and partner ecosystems where trust forms first and pipeline follows, then turn that earned trust into nearbound, partner-sourced revenue.

Culture champion & evangelist

I bring contagious energy to the teams I join and the brands I represent, rallying people internally around a shared goal and championing the product externally, so momentum compounds on both sides.

Community & events

I don't just show up to the stage. I build it.

A recognized voice and brand evangelist across the technology and HR-tech landscape. I design and run bespoke client and partner experiences end to end, from concept and audience strategy through execution and the follow-up that turns a moment into a relationship.

This is the engine, not the extra. AI is making everything in business scale faster, but the one thing it can't touch is human connection. So I design bespoke rooms for the conversations that matter: safe spaces where small talk gives way to real diagnosis, where we get past the symptoms to what's actually true, and where business value and human connection come together on purpose.

Bespoke client & partner events

Curated, never templated. I design rooms where the conversation goes deeper than small talk, then own the full arc: strategy, invitations, content, on-site execution, and the follow-up that compounds into pipeline.

Executive roundtables & webinars

Host and facilitator of executive roundtables and joint webinars that convene the right people and surface the insight that moves deals forward.

Keynotes & panels

Speaker and panelist on partnerships, AI-first GTM, and modern ecosystems, credible on the conference floor and in the executive room alike.

Community & brand evangelism

Representing the brand externally with partner and client executives, building community, and turning visibility into trusted, long-term relationships.

In my own words
"I think in leverage and sequence, not activity."
Laura in focused one-on-one conversation with a leader at an event
The work happens in the room, one intentional conversation at a time.

Give me a fuzzy mandate, "go build partnerships," and I come back with a ranked target list, a scoring logic, an operating system to run it, and a clear read on which doors are worth knocking on.

My value is at the translation layer. I ground partnership bets in what a product can actually ship, and I earn engineering's respect by speaking to system impact and constraints instead of faking fluency.

I'm a systems-builder, not a one-off closer. I protect trust deliberately, flag gaps before a partner finds them, and build the operating system so a function can run without me. I'm equally credible in the C-suite and on the conference floor, and most alive when the work actually matters.

Underneath all of it is a limitless curiosity I feed constantly. I'm naturally inquisitive and an eternal learner, a creative problem-solver always pulling on a new thread, and that appetite for how things work is exactly what lets me connect the dots other people miss and stay ahead of a fast-moving market.

Let's talk

Building a new market? Elevating an existing one?

That's the seam where I do my best work. If you're an AI-native or enterprise SaaS organization ready for a builder's mindset, I'd love to compare notes.
